Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-resistant algorithms for our blockchain infrastructure.
- Lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 protocols with enterprise AI models.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system resilience.
- Optimize database performance and transaction throughput for high-volume decentralized networks.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cryptography, AI ethics, and distributed ledger technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Blockchain and AI.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solidity.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and neural networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
