We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation autonomous agents and neural interfaces. As we look toward the technological landscape of 2026, we need a leader who understands the convergence of Generative AI, Robotics, and Spatial Computing.
In this role, you will architect scalable machine learning pipelines and define the ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems that will power the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Lead the research into Agentic AI workflows for complex industrial automation and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into proprietary hardware.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
- Conduct high-level R&D on Quantum-AI hybrid algorithms and neural architecture search (NAS).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and model compression techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
