Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI systems.
- Drive technical roadmaps for the "2026 Vision" initiative, integrating emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and data governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing scalable microservices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, data pipelines, and NLP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
