Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and neural network architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of next-generation machine learning systems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Ensure system scalability, data integrity, and ethical AI practices across all 2026 initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
