Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research and development efforts to integrate emerging AI technologies into our product roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing machine learning models for deployment in high-traffic environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor system performance, conduct load testing, and implement improvements to meet 2026 benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
