Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of the 2026 AI Platform, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Tech Strategy: Define the technical vision for integrating emerging technologies such as LLMs, Autonomous Agents, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of large-scale distributed systems and optimize data pipelines for real-time processing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions for executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust with experience in GPU acceleration.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- AI Mastery: Hands-on experience deploying, fine-tuning, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
