Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure with a specific focus on 2026 scalability goals.
- Lead the architecture design for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., Diffusion models, Transformers) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive technical decision-making processes, including cloud architecture and hardware acceleration strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
