Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation artificial intelligence systems. As we look toward the technological landscape of 2026, we need a pioneer who can bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, real-world applications. You will be instrumental in architecting autonomous agents, enhancing large language model (LLM) reasoning capabilities, and integrating quantum-ready algorithms.
In this role, you will define the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also resilient, secure, and ethically sound. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI solutions that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and reasoning models for the 2026 era.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for AI capabilities, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and edge AI to drive competitive advantage.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Implement advanced MLOps pipelines to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure seamless deployment in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing large-scale LLM applications, fine-tuning models, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into elegant architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
