Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning architectures capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Strategy Development: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Agentic AI.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment and optimization of production-grade models using MLOps best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency and inference costs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- AI Focus: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, LLMs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
