Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the architecture review process for complex data systems and predictive models.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and edge computing.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
