Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics for the 2026 era.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines and ensure high availability of AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define best practices for AI safety, ethics, and explainability in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains relevant in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces or advanced neural architectures is a major plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
