Responsibilities
- Design & Deployment: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of large-scale neural networks, ensuring high availability and scalability for Project 2026.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds to support real-time applications in autonomous systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Architecture Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks in our core AI infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and hardware engineers.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning to integrate new methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and neural architecture search.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex system-level problems.
