Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and deploy scalable deep learning architectures tailored for the '2026' ecosystem, ensuring high-performance inference across distributed edge networks.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize classical-quantum hybrid models for real-world applications.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the '2026' initiative, translating abstract research goals into concrete, executable engineering milestones.
- Model Optimization: Implement aggressive optimization strategies (pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation) to reduce latency and resource consumption.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous technical excellence.
- AI Safety Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict safety, ethical, and compliance standards (e.g., AI Alignment, Bias Mitigation).
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Neuroscience.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and experience with major frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Research Background: Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or contribute to open-source AI libraries.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Vision: A deep understanding of current AI trends and a clear vision for their evolution leading up to 2026.
