Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and neural networks capable of complex reasoning.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with international data protection regulations.
- Prototype and validate new technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI processing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle massive scale and high concurrency.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
