Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of large-scale machine learning systems and neural network architectures.
- Model Development: Develop and optimize proprietary AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Implementation: Translate complex research concepts into efficient, production-ready Python code using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimization: Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of AI workloads on cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
