Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the high-level technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency to support high-volume deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation labs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks; strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience deploying and managing large-scale AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
