Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our core product ecosystem.
- Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field to drive strategic technology decisions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
