In this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design of our core LLM infrastructure, drive the adoption of Agentic AI workflows, and ensure our systems remain future-proof against the rapid evolution of machine learning paradigms. Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems, focusing on 2026-era scalability and efficiency.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance inference engines to reduce latency and cost while maximizing output quality for enterprise applications.
- Define Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Mentor & Build Teams: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement robust guardrails and ethical AI practices to prevent hallucinations and ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, Llama).
- System Design: Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: A demonstrated track record of working on emerging technologies and a passion for the future of AI (2026 vision).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
