In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, ethical, and capable of solving complex, real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models using cloud-native technologies, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct technical evaluations of emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
