Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure for core product features.
- Lead the architectural design of neural networks and deep learning models, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for AI projects, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Define technical vision and engineering standards for the 2026 platform, ensuring best practices in code quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or applied AI.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
