Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies, recommending solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols across the AI engineering team.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends and prepare the current architecture for future scalability and integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to production.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot quickly based on new data.
