Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural planning and execution for our flagship AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Optimization: Design and optimize complex deep learning models, focusing on inference speed and reduced latency for production environments.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models with existing enterprise infrastructure and third-party APIs.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and quantum computing to drive innovation within the 2026 program.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Proven experience with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision.
- Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
