Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for large-scale generative applications.
- Lead the architecture of proprietary neural networks and machine learning pipelines.

- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models handling petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
