Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize neural network inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Research and implement novel techniques in reinforcement learning and self-supervised learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker).
