Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures and AI systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing optimization.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning pipelines, ensuring high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and standards for AI adoption across the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges and optimizing large-scale systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
