Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable LLM Systems: Design and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and multi-modal agents designed for high-throughput enterprise applications.
- Optimize Model Inference: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to reduce latency and cost without sacrificing accuracy.
- Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning: Develop advanced prompt strategies and conduct high-quality data synthesis for RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Collaborate with Research: Work closely with PhD researchers to translate theoretical advancements into production-ready software components.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring reproducibility, version control, and monitoring of deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
