Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 technical roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost while maximizing accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the migration and scaling of AI workloads on AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in AI services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
