Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and deployment of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical projects.
