Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the migration and integration of Generative AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for AI development.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor system performance and optimize models for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
