Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance.
- Conduct research on novel transformer architectures and prompt engineering strategies.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and MLOps.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
