Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures that align with the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Development: Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure) ensuring minimal latency and maximum scalability.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to prepare infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
