Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to stay ahead of 2026 industry trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Partner with product managers to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects in a production environment.
- Expert knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, optimization, and algorithm design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
