Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of supporting complex, multi-agent workflows and real-time inference.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging AI paradigms, including Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI integration for 2026 readiness.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs to ensure low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability with legacy systems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to define the AI roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-level Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize large-scale data pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
