Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge LLM architectures, including Transformers and GPT-style models.
- Optimize inference latency and memory usage for production-scale deployment.
- Lead research initiatives focused on multimodal AI and agentic workflows for 2026.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into user-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and transformer models.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
