Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput real-time inference.
- Pipeline Optimization: Architect end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to training and deployment, utilizing state-of-the-art MLOps practices.
- Model Innovation: Collaborate with research teams to integrate novel generative AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for code quality, testing, and security within the AI department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI interfaces, Neuromorphic computing) to ensure our stack remains relevant.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale systems that prioritize latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
