What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement high-scale, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of supporting the computational demands of 2026.
- Lead Generative AI Research: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Define AI Ethics: Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks for algorithmic bias, transparency, and safety.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve model inference speeds and reduce latency through architectural innovations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists in adopting emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-grade software.
