Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance neural network architectures tailored for complex real-world applications.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize Model Performance: Implement rigorous testing and optimization strategies to ensure latency, accuracy, and throughput meet enterprise standards.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our products.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, addressing bias, fairness, and transparency in model outputs.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Proven track record in developing or deploying Generative AI models (GPT, Diffusion, etc.) at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
