Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming AI infrastructure releases.
- Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and generative AI agents.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs in production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into our core product suite and third-party APIs.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years dedicated to machine learning and AI architecture.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
