Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines focused on long-term scalability and energy efficiency for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Pioneer Next-Gen Models: Lead research and development into emerging AI paradigms, including generative AI, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, establishing coding standards, code reviews, and architectural best practices.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or LLMs (Large Language Models). Experience with model fine-tuning and deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
