Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge AI infrastructure optimized for the demands of the year 2026, including high-frequency trading algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance codebases capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time with zero latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our AI division, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Kubernetes and AWS is essential.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
