Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 cycle.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale generative models and Natural Language Processing systems.
- Drive technical decisions regarding cloud infrastructure, latency optimization, and system security.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge innovations into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
