Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using edge computing and quantization.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models and serving APIs.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
