Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for large-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy, and security compliance in all implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
