Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents targeted for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Spearhead the technical roadmap, ensuring our solutions are future-proof, secure, and compliant with global standards.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize model cost-efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with Research: Partner with data scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI engineering and mentor a team of high-performing developers.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming. Proven experience with vector databases and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
