Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our AI capabilities leading up to the year 2026, focusing on autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Research & Development: Push the boundaries of current SOTA (State of the Art) models, exploring novel architectures and optimization techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate high-level concepts into production-ready software.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy for edge deployment on next-gen hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and align technical solutions with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
