Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 AI core, ensuring scalability and security.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, setting milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Architectures) and integrate them into the 2026 strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define features that drive user adoption.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning and optimization for high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term (2026 horizon) and navigate complex technical landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
