Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring our platforms are ready for the autonomous era of 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for real-time data processing and inference latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical decisions with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
