Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume, low-latency operations.
- Lead the R&D efforts for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployed models.
- Optimize existing neural networks and deep learning frameworks for improved accuracy and speed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI advancements and future tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience deploying and managing LLMs at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
