Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the technical strategy for our 2026 product release, integrating emerging AI paradigms.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable microservices and serverless architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS or GCP infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime and cost-efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems.
- AI/ML: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face libraries.
- Cloud Expertise: Certified AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional.
