Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
